Search for a Client by Caregiver

When searching for a Client by searching for his or her Caregiver , search criteria must include, at a minimum:

the Caregiver ID,

OR

the first two letters of the Caregiver's last name.

Enter search criteria in the fields provided and click Search.  (See below.)

NOTE: Search results will not display Caregivers:  it will display Clients, whose Caregivers match the search criteria.

Except with respect to an IT Super Admin, searches will only be performed within the searcher's assigned Service Area(s) and Program(s).

Searches by first name or last name will return all results that start with the sequence of characters provided.  For example, a last name search of "an" will return all Clients whose last name starts with the letters "an", e.g. "Anderson", "Angstrom", etc.

Searches by Caregiver ID will limit a search to Clients whose Caregiver's Caregiver ID matches the entered Caregiver ID exactly.  For example, a Caregiver ID search of "1" will return only that Client, if there is one, who has a Caregiver whose Caregiver ID is 1.

Searches by multiple criteria will only return Clients that satisfy all chosen criteria.  For example, a search for first name "ab", last name "an" and Client ID "1" will only return that Client, if there is one, who has a first name that starts with "ab" (e.g. "Abe", "Abigail") and whose last name starts with "an" (e.g. "Anderson", "Angstrom", etc.) and whose status is Active and whose Caregiver has a Caregiver ID of 1.

NOTE: There is presently no Active/Inactive Status with respect to Caregivers.

Note: if there are more than ten Clients in the displayed list, they will be displayed in groups of ten.  Navigate between groups using the numbers and arrows immediately beneath the Client listing, on the right.  (Circled, left.)
