Below are explanations for what the various categories in the Activity Report mean:
Overdue Assessments: This indicates how many Clients have overdue assessments. If a Client transferred from a previous Service Area or Program, the record transfers with the Client, meaning that any overdue assessments the Client had in the old Service Area or Program will now appear on the Client's new Service Area and Program Activity Report. The Client will not appear under Overdue Assessments in the old Service Area and Program.
Active Cases with no new assessments in 5 months: This indicates how many Active Cases there are which have had no new assessments done in the last five months. If a Client transferred from a previous Service Area or Program, this record transfers as well, meaning that even if a Client has not been with its new Service Area or Program for five months, if it has been five months since its last assessment regardless of Service Area or Program it will be counted in this statistic.
Upcoming Assessments next 30 days: This indicates how many Clients have upcoming assessments. If a Client transferred from a previous Service Area or Program, the record transfers with the Client, meaning that any upcoming assessment with its old Service Area or Program will now appear on the Client's new Service Area and Program Activity Report. The Client will not appear under Overdue Assessments in the old Service Area and Program.
