View Unfinished Items

An Assessment is "Unsigned" or "Unfinished Plan" when the Youth or Caregiver finishes answering all the questions, but the Service Plan has not been "Marked Complete/Signed" by a Professional.  Unfinished Items are displayed in a listing on the present page.

NOTE: The Unfinished Assessments listing can be sorted by Client Name, Assessment Date or Assessment Type.

You will be alerted upon login as to any Assessment associated with a Client on your My Clients page, whose status has recently changed to "Unsigned" or "Unfinished Plan".  An Assessment is "Unsigned" or reported as "Unfinished Plan" when the Client or Caregiver finishes answering all the questions, but the Service Plan has not yet been created, or is not yet completed.

In such alerts, the associated Client is identified by his or her initials, and a link is provided to the JIFF Summary page where the Assessor may begin creating a Plan.

NOTE: If the Client did not finish answering the questions of a JIFF® then the Assessment's status is "Interrupted" and is labeled as either "Restartable" or "Not restartable" based on the time since it was interrupted. An Assessment cannot be restarted after a certain amount of time.

Assessments and Plans may be viewed or edited by clicking the link in the View/Edit column of the listing for the Assessment or Plan you wish to create, edit and/or view.  (See below.)

If an Assessment Plan has not yet been started then the link in the View/Edit column will say "Create Plan".  If this link has been followed once before, or some work has been done on the Plan already, the link will say "View/Edit Plan".
