View Interrupted Assessments

An Assessment is "Interrupted" when the Youth or Caregiver starts but does not finish answering the questions.  Interrupted Assessments are displayed in a listing on the present page.

NOTE: The Interrupted Assessments listing can be sorted by Assessment Start Time, Assessment Type or Client Name.

NOTE: If an Assessor, logs on to one computer and starts an Assessment for a Youth, and then logs onto a different computer to start another Assessment for another Youth, the system is going to identify the first Assessment as "Interrupted," and alert the User accordingly.  The first Assessment can be "restarted" from the second computer, but Users should make sure they understand which Youth's Assessment they are restarting.

Identify a Client With an Interrupted Assessment

You will be alerted upon login as to any Assessment you started that was recently interrupted.  The alert message will look like this:

To restart the Assessment, click the "Launch Assessment" link.

NOTE: In such alerts, the Client is identified by his or her initials, to protect his or her privacy in case there is another Client present who can see the computer screen.

The Interrupted Assessments page will conceal the Client's name by default to protect privacy.  The name can be revealed by clicking the "Click Here to View" link under Client Name. (See below.)

The name can be concealed again by clicking "Click Here to Hide":
