Start Entering a CWL® Online
Print Out a Hard Copy of the CWL® to Enter Offline

To begin entering a CWL either on or offline, click the corresponding link:

The Offline version of the CWL is intended to allow use of the CWL in situations where the Coach cannot be online at the time of the assessment.  Once the Offline version is completed, return to this screen and click "Enter CWL Online" in order for the system to generate a Practitioner's Report and Coaching Plan.

Each Offline CWL® is licensed for use only for the client specified on the form and on the assessment date indicated.  Offline CWL®s should not be re-used to assess other individuals or to re-assess the client specified above.

To create an Offline CWL® for another client. Navigate to that client and start a new CWL® assessment.  You will then be able to Print an Offline CWL® for that client.

You can change the assessment date on an Offline CWL®, if you print one out on one day and then complete it on another.  A reminder to do so is on the offline form itself.
