If your FASOutcomes screen looks like this:

...it is because you started a JIFF® for a Youth or Caregiver (identified by Youth's initials) and they have recently completed the JIFF® interview prior to your logging back in to the system.

If you want to link straight to the recently completed Assessment in order to create a Service Plan, click the "Create service plan now" link.

If you want to go elsewhere, you can either click "No, create service plan later" to go to your FASOutcomes Home page, or go to another page by clicking a link in the Left Navigation Bar.
