View Active Clients with No Assessments in 5 Months

Clients whose status is currently set to "Active", but who have not had Assessments done in the past five months, are displayed in a listing on the present page.

NOTE: The listing can be sorted by Client Name, Primary ID, Measure, the date and Measure of the Last Assessment, or Assessor.

Inactivate a Client in the Listing

To inactivate a Client in the listing, click on the "Inactivate Client" link in the Change Client Status column.  An alert box will appear, asking you to confirm your request. Click OK or Cancel.

Manage Client Details and/or Assessments for a Client in the Listing

To edit Client details, find Assessments, start an Assessment, or view the Client Dashboard or Transfer History of a Client in the Listing, click on the document icon to the immediate left of the name of the Client you wish to manage.  A small shadowbox will appear containing links to these options.  Click on the option desired.

The Client Dashboard for a listed Client can also be accessed by clicking on the Client's name.

NOTE: The Unfinished Items listing can be sorted by Client Name, Primary ID, Measure (i.e. Assessment Type), or Assessment Date.
