View the Export Requests Status Descriptions (Admin Only)
Your export request won't process immediately. It will be added to a queue and processed when it reached the top. Five statuses have been applied to keep you informed on the progress of your request.
Pending: When a request is first made, it will be listed as "Pending". The export will begin when it comes to the top of the queue. If the export request is still pending, you may cancel the request by clicking "Cancel Request".
In Process: When an export reaches the top of the queue it won't be available for download immediately, it will need to process first. When it is available its status will change to "Completed".
Completed: When the request has been fully processed, it will be listed as "Completed". Click the "Download files" link when your request is complete to download your files. Remember that your files will only be available for download within twenty-four hours after the initial request is made.
Cancelled: When the pending request has been cancelled, the "Cancelled" status will display.
No data to export: There was no assessment data within the chosen criteria. Consider broadening the scope of your search criteria or click here for some troubleshooting tips.
